Traditional layered buriyani with rice and diced lamb cooked with cashew nuts, sultanas and fried onions.
Served with pappadams and cucumber raita.

Lemon Myrtle and Dorrigo pepper dusted grilled barramundi served with macadamia and sweet potato mash
 
Chicken Tenderloin (G) (D)
Grilled chicken tenderloin served on a paprika tempered potatoes and drizzled with a tropical sauce

Induced with garlic, mild spices and finished off with coconut milk
