Duo of pan seared Scallops and Rosettes of Tasmanian Smoked Salmon served with Tangy Honey lemon Dressing and Caper cream

Mildly curried minced Turkey and Potato rolled in a crepe, finely crumbed and lightly    fried, drizzled with Cranberry and Mango coulis.

Lamb Buriyani
Traditional layered buriyani with rice and diced lamb cooked with cashew nuts, sultanas and fried onions.
Served with pappadams and cucumber raita.
 
Barramundi
Lemon Myrtle and Dorrigo pepper dusted grilled Barramundi served with Macadamia and Sweet Potato mash
 
Chicken Tenderloin
Grilled Chicken Tenderloin served on a paprika tempered potatoes and drizzled with a tropical sauce
 
      Mild Prawn Curry
Induced with garlic, mild spices and finished off with coconut milk
Served with rice and pappadams
