Minced Chicken and Potato cooked with mild spices and wrapped around with a crumbed pancake and fried until golden brown
Potato & Green Pea Patties (V)
A Sri Lankan specialty made with a patty pastry and filled with potatoes, green peas and deep fried.

Octopus a Lanka (G) (D)
Baby Octopus marinated with chilli and honey and pan cooked.
Served with a salad garnish and chilli mayonnaise


Chicken, Beef, Lamb or Vegetarian Biriyani (G) (D)
Oven baked basmati rice and chicken cooked together in a ginger and turmeric stock with typical mild Sri Lankan spices and herbs, onion and cashew nuts. Served with condiments, eggs and cucumber raita


Long grain basmati rice with fragrant combination of chicken, fish fricadel and vegetable curries wrapped in banana leaves and baked to enhance the rich flavours of this traditional Dutch inspired meal. Served with condiments, sambol and mild curry sauce


Grilled Barramundi (G)
Marinated in Australian native spices and grilled with lemon myrtle and Dorrigo pepper. Served on a bed of kumara and macadamia mash


Vegetarian Risotto (G) (V)
Home-style tomato based risotto with carrot, mushroom, onion, garlic, sundried tomato, red and green capsicum, spinach and grana padano cheese


Fisherman's Single Catch (D)
The classic! Beer battered and fried flat head fish served with sauce tartare, salad garnish and chip potatoes

Typical Sri Lankan 'pub' food prepared in a devilled sauce of fresh tomatoes, crisp capsicums and red onions. Served wit fragrant savoury rice
