Served with Pappadams and Cucumber Raita.

Lemon Myrtle and Dorrigo pepper dusted pan grilled Barramundi served with Macadamia and Sweet Potatoes mash 

Oriental Pork Loin (G) (D)
Pork Loin cooked in saffron infused red wine reduction. Served with mashed potato cakes and steamed vegetables

Chicken Tenderloin
Grilled Chicken tenderloin served on paprika tempered potatoes and drizzled with a tropical sauce
