Duo of pan seared scallops and rosettes of Tasmanian smoked salmon drizzled with mild tamarind (G) (D)



Mildly curried minced chicken and potato rolled in crepe, finely crumbed and lightly fried and potato & pea pattie drizzled with savoury yogurt and mango coulis (D)



Chicken Tenderloin (G) (D)

Grilled chicken tenderloin simmered in a tropical sauce with coloured capsicum and served on paprika tempered potatoes


Barramundi (G)

Lemon Myrtle and Dorrigo pepper dusted grilled barramundi. Served with macadamia and sweet potato mash


Traditional Lamb Buriyani (G)

Slow cooked mild Sri Lankan spice marinated diced Australian lamb cooked together with layered savoury rice.  Served with the accompaniments
