Lemon myrtle and dorrigo pepper dusted grilled barramundi served with macadamia and sweet potato mash
Lamb Buriyani
Traditional layered buriyani with rice and diced lamb cooked with cashwe nuts, sultanas and fried onions.  Served with pappadams and cucumber raita
